Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your check-in date are free of charge, with a full refund of any advance paid.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in may be charged the equivalent of one night's stay.

No-Show

If you do not arrive and do not inform us in advance, the full amount for the first night will be charged.

Date Changes

We're happy to help you change your dates where possible, subject to room availability — just call or WhatsApp us as early as you can.
